Through a blend of evidence-based tools, compassionate support, and structured coaching conversations, personal mindset coaching helps you gain clarity, strengthen self-belief, and move forward with intention, whether you’re navigating stress, self-doubt, or a period of transition.

This personal mindset coaching package offers the most tailored way to work with me, focusing on your individual goals, challenges, and personal development.

This is the most personalised package to meet your unique needs. We will work together for 3 months to review your values, habits and thinking patterns and develop an action plan for you moving forward. We will develop your mindset skills, establish your foundations of well-being and work collaboratively towards your goals.

This package provides you with 2 scheduled 60 minute calls per month and access to exclusive content and supplementary resources, along with accountability check-in through email or message whenever you need it.

This can be delivered online or by telephone.

SESSION

This is for you if you would like the opportunity to discuss a specific need or have a more urgent request. You will have a 60 minute call with me followed by a session summary and sign-posting to further helpful information or resources that are appropriate.

In this 30 minute call we will work together to explore what difficulties you are facing, discuss your current values, roles and routine and establish your goals – what is important to you? What do you do day to day? What do you want your life to look like?

You can also ask me any questions you may have about the service.

Following this call you can then decide if you would like to move into individualised coaching with me.

  1. Clarity building and life satisfaction

    We will establish what it is you want to work on, where the obstacles are and set guidelines for our forthcoming sessions. Together, we will take a look at various areas of your life, including work, relationships, environment, leisure etc and establish how satisfied you are with these areas. This will provide us with a baseline and some context for where your struggles are, and where you want to see change.

  2. Goal setting and tailored sessions

    Your sessions will be focused on your goals. As always, life happens, we will work through any unexpected events together. I will ask you questions that challenge your thinking, habits and routines which encourage you to explore change in a way that feels manageable but exciting. We will align with your values to ensure you are working towards meaningful change that is personal and important to you. I will provide you with resources, action steps, accountability and support in between sessions so you can create the changes you want for yourself.

  3. Review and onward planning

    In the last session, we will review your life satisfaction in the various areas we established together in our first session. We will evaluate your progress, your new knowledge and the changes you have created in line with your values. Moving forwards, you can continue your changes autonomously with all you have learned through an onward action plan. Or, if you would like to continue working together we will focus on continuing your growth and development in the areas you choose.
