Athlete mindset coaching supports those who want to perform consistently, manage pressure, and compete with confidence. I work with individuals and teams to strengthen mental resilience, improve focus, and develop an athlete mindset that supports long-term performance, both in training and on competition day.
Drawing on my experience as both a coach and competitive athlete, my athlete mindset coaching blends evidence-based tools with real-world understanding of sport, pressure, and performance demands.

This athlete mindset coaching package is designed to build confidence, focus, and consistency under pressure.
This program delivers the psychoeducation and tools for nervous system regulation, athlete habits and well-being, harnessing stress to improve performance and learning mindset tools to overcome mental blocks or fears.
You will receive 2 scheduled 60 minute calls per month and access to competition coaching support via message, as well as ongoing accountability and support whenever you need it.
This can be delivered online or by telephone.

This is for you if you would like the opportunity to discuss a specific need or have a more urgent request. You will have a 60 minute call with me followed by a session summary and sign-posting to further helpful information or resources that are appropriate.

In this 30 minute call we will work together to explore what difficulties you are facing and what you want to achieve through your training and/or in your sport. We will discuss your athlete identity, values, roles and routine and explore your goals to give you an insight into what our sessions will likely focus on.
You can also ask me any questions you may have about the service.
Following this call you can then decide if you would like to move into individualised coaching with me.

Coaching from someone who understands sport
As a CrossFit Level 1 Coach and competitive athlete, I understand the mental demands of training, competition, and high-pressure performance environments. Alongside CrossFit, I’ve trained and competed across a range of individual and team sports throughout my life, including cricket, hockey, and horse riding at a high level.
This breadth of experience has given me a deep understanding of the different psychological challenges athletes face, from team dynamics and leadership to individual accountability, focus, and resilience. It allows me to support athletes with practical, realistic mindset strategies that translate directly into sport, whatever your discipline.
